Our new group of students from Spain on their itinerary had the exciting Treasure Hunt in Brighton. We tested the knowledge that they adquiere the day before about Brighton.
Our leaders asked them questions such as ‘Who did order the construction of the Pavilion?’ Or ‘Find the Duke Lane sign.’ It was quite interesting for students to put in practice the knowledge acquired about Brighton and used their English to communicate.
Students learn a lot of new words in English through the competition and they can better remind the historical facts about Brighton. It was close competition and the winners got it for just 10 points, that is just one question.
This was a great start to use the English language and to have fun with the new friends, also to get to know better the area around Brighton.
